Riverbend provides water and wastewater services to residential and commercial customers, as well as the Red River Army Depot and TexAmericas Center Industrial Park with a 40,000 acre footprint. Riverbend owns a vast water infrastructure system and two wastewater treatment facilities, including a domestic treatment facility and an industrial treatment facility. Riverbend is the only local representative of the region’s participating cities, counties, and entities to the United States Army Corps of Engineers, federal and state agencies, and outside local and regional entities on local water rights pertaining to Lake Wright Patman Reservoir.
